The Advisory Council agreed to conduct an 8th Annual Dinner Dance in February 2012. Selection of an appropriate date will be a key task of the FCSR staff. The Council expressed its overwhelming support of the Dinner Dance concept and members pledged their total support of the Dinner Dance.

The Advisory Council agreed to redouble their efforts to increase the number of new member companies in the Foundation.

The FCSR staff will explore the possibility of the Foundation becoming a Public Benefit Foundation so that it can collect 1% of taxes from individual tax payers. The staff will secure legal and accounting opinions from member companies.

The Advisory Council agreed that the Foundation should not conduct public or private collections. Funds for support of the Foundation will continue to come from membership dues and donations from member companies and other interested companies.
